Attractive vine covered villa located in the hamlet of Picovaggia. The villa has a wonderful location - 5 minutes from Palombaggia beach and 15 minutes to Porto Vecchio. The villa has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. There is an enclosed garden and pool area with a bbq. Entrance to the house is from the shaded parking area into the dining room which is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast bar. There is a large dining table with rustic benches. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, 4 electric rings, a microwave, washing machine, dish washer and fridge/freezer. Through a doorway from the dining room is the comfortable sitting room with TV, DVD and CD player. Corridor leads to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, shower room and separate WC.
