Single detached cottage in a peaceful wooded valley, converted from an original blacksmiths shop it stands on the bank of a stream.

One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two tier 6'2" X 3'0" bunk beds.

Bathroom with bath, W.C. and basin.

Open-plan living room with a double bed-settee and night storage heater, colour television, fully equipped modern fitted kitchen with microwave.

Private car parking and lawned area. The cottage has a patio in traditional Cornish Blue slate. with its own table and chairs overlooking a meadow or woodland which is alive with many kinds of wildlife such as badgers, foxes, rabbits and birds of prey.

Shared laundry room with 2 automatic washing machines. Duvets and linen supplied free of charge. The Mineshop Cottages are in the parish of St Gennys, just a short drive from Millook. It lies on a dramatic and spectacular stretch of coast between Bude and Boscastle, an area designated as of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is within the Heritage Coastal Belt. From Mineshop, a footpath leads through the wooded valley to Crackington Haven, 1 mile away -1.5 miles by road. Here there is a sandy surfing beach.

An ideal touring base. Walking, riding, golf and surfing, sandy beaches, historic houses, gardens and the fabulous Eden project.
