Pigeonsfold Farmhouse is a high quality family self-catering holiday cottage that sleeps 2 - 12 and only 1 mile from the sandy beach of Llangrannog. It is set in a tranquil and rural setting.
This beamed 200 year old cottage is situated within 7 acres of private land, reached by a long gated drive. The cottage has been extensively refurbished, it has full oil central heating and double glazing which keeps the cottage warm and cosy all year round.

Bedrooms
There are four, all have matching bed covers, pine furniture and all linen is provided except for the travel cot. Large double bedroom with beams — valley view Triple room with 3 single beds with beams — valley view. Ground Floor: Twin room with 2 single beds — a view of front courtyard and valley. Bunk room with bunk beds — view over side garden on to woodland. There is also a sofa bed in the 2nd sitting room and a "Z" bed which van be used in any room and a travel cot.
Bathrooms
One upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs has a bath, W.C. and hand basin, shaver point and mirror Downstairs has a bath, shower, W.C. and hand basin, shaver point and mirror
Living Rooms
Two sitting rooms — Very large sitting room with a leather sofa, Log fire, TV, cd/radio, large pine dining table, large full book case. Second sitting room with thre piece suite, pine dining table, sofa bed, TV and video, plus video for visitors use.
Kitchen
It is fully equipped with an electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is an additional Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge if required.
Outside
There is plenty of space for guests to wander in and find a quiet spot to relax. There are two gardens, one with a sea view, the large garden has lots of shrubs and plants and has a wonderful view of the surrounding valley, fields and wood land . From the two gardens there is a direct access on to a woodland walk which leads into the village of Llangrannog and its beautiful sanndy beach. The courtyard garden is very sheltered(very safe for children and pets) with barbecue and picnic tables. There is ample parking for up to five cars.

A complimentary tea tray and fresh flowers awaits your arrival. We always personally show our visitors around their cottage and are more than willing to help with any matters that may arise in order to ensure you have a wonderful holiday. The log fire is laid with a complimentary basket of logs so you are always assured of a warm welcome. We welcome well behaved pets, we can provide a travel cot and high chair. Discounts are available for small groups in the low season.
Local Information
Llangrannog is within the Cardigan Bay Hertiage coast of West Wales. We have a huge variety of wild life which can be seen around the farm, including woodland birds, red kites and badgers. The cottage is only 1 mile from the village of Llangrannog with its safe sandy beaches, two good pubs, shop and an exclellent cafe which also sells home made Italian ice cream, all with a fantastic view pver the bay. The pretty harbour of New Quay is 7 miles away and here you can take boat trips around Cardigan Bay to see the dolphins and seals. We are 10 miles away from the market town of Cardigan which offers a good range of shops and supermarkets.
Leisure Facilities
The cliff walks are superb with breath taking scenery, locally there is golf, horse riding, coastal boat trips, swimming and surfing. There are many places to take children, plus local castles, the new Welsh Botanical Gardens, historical houses to name but a few. We have a full supply of leaflets in the cottage for visitors to use plus a video of local attractions, walks and beaches. There are many excellent places to eat locally.

Available all year and the weekly rates are subject to discounts in off season for small parties (4 or less) (Weekend breaks available in low season)
There is a heating premium of GBP 30 from the begining of September until the end of May. There may be an additional charge for more than 11 people. Prior agreement for more than One dog per party is required. A non refundable deposit is required at booking, the balance is required 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
