Sleeps up to 6 : 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 1 single downstaits. Upstairs, one family bedroom with with double bed and 2 single beds and a second TV.

Bathrooms

1 bathroom downstairs with bath and power shower, handbasin and WC. 1 ensuite shower with WC and basin. WC washroom upstairs.

Living Rooms

There is an open plan kitchen and living area with a small gallery above. The living area, with TV, video-recorder and real fire.

Kitchen

The small but superbly equipped kitchen area by a granite topped island unit. Dishwasher, double oven, microwave, fridge & freezer are provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate porch area.

Central heating throughout.

Linen and towels included in rental.

It is also WHEELCHAIR friendly.

Outside

There is a small garden at the front and with the gates closed becomes totally enclosed for children and dogs.

Crosswoodhill is a working livestock farm, a rural oasis within an hour's drive of the heart of Edinburgh and Glasgow.
