It is the original farmhouse for Wester Lix Farm dating back 200 years. A very spacious 2 bedroom stone cottage now available, having been recently refurbished providing a high level of comfort for 4+. This has however been very popular with couples looking for something a little special.

It has oil fired central heating, washing machine, colour TV/video and an air of restful tranquility.
Cleaning & Linen
All bedding is provided, but you must bring your own towels.

Wester Lix is a small collection of cottages 2 miles from Killin. It is set within 9 acres of private grounds and is less than 2 hours drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh. Killin offers a varied range of shops. There is a Post Office, various pubs, some with entertainment and restaurants.
Leisure Facilities
The Killin Outdoor Centre supplies a full range of outdoor clothing, maps and guides. You can hire mountain bikes, canoes and Skiing kit.
