Luxury pine chalet on an elevated south facing position. It is in the village of Dull, 3 miles west of the highland town of Aberfeldy, Perthshire, right in the heart of Scotland. It is furnished to a high standard with panoramic views over the Tay Valley and the hills beyond. It is very cosy with double-glazing.

Nearest pub is 2 miles and restaurant 1.5 miles. We are within 80 miles of the major cities and being in the centre of Scotland, not far from the East & West Coasts. Lots to do in this area, walking, touring, fishing, climbing, sailing etc.

There is a recreation centre in Aberfeldy with swimming pool, squash courts, snooker, gymnasium, sauna, solarium etc. Plenty of walks to go as well hill climbing, there are several mountains in this area, castles to visit, water sports on Loch Tay, salmon and trout fishing available on the rivers and lochs. Lots of golf courses in this area — 4 within 3 miles and many within 30 miles. Safari excursions to see wildlife in this area, reception only 50 metres from the chalet.
