A modern type house to rent on the side of the harbour in the samall north coast village of Portreath. It is on 3 levels - The ground floor is an integral garage, porch & hallway. The first floor is the living area and the bedroom are on the second floor. The house carpeted throughout and heated by electric radiators and night sorage heaters.

There is a dining table and chairs (for 6), settee, 2 armchairs, Colour TV, video player, music centre and electric fire.

On the first floor is the living and kitchen area. Fridge, sink, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator.
Local Information
Portreath is where the countryside meets the sea. It consists 3 pubs all with eating facilities., one church and half a dozen shops including the famous "as seen on TV" Portreath Pasties bakery.. The local sandy cove beach is 3 minutes walk from the house as is the rugged north Cornwall cliff walk.
Leisure Facilities
Safe sandy beaches — surfing — fishing — horse riding — cycling — walking — 6 golf courses within 1 mile — indoor tennis and bowls — outdoor tennis & bowls. Other places to visit locally are St Michael's Mount, Lands End, Newquay Zoo, The Tate Gallery at St Ives & The Minack OPen Air Theatre.
