Cobble cottage is located in the beautiful village of Dent in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Dentdale is regarded as one of the most beautiful dales in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

First one has a double bed with double duvet and pillows, a bedside cabinet, 2 chairs, a chest of drawers and a large airing cupboard. The second one has large bunk beds with 2 single duvets & pillows & wardrobe.

Full size bath, electric shower, WC and hand basin.

Lounge/dining room has comfortable seating for four, dining table with 4 dining chairs, television, large under stairs storage cupboard, kitchenette with a full compliment of pans, crockery, cutlery etc, tea, coffee making facilities, full size cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge.

Cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave.

Bedding is included within the rental. Towels and tea-towels can be hired, please ask for details.

Suitable for children, high-chair and travel cot available. Only non-smokers permitted. Not suitable for disabled people because of cobble stone roads.

There are some car parking spaces next to the cottage, with a Yorkshire Dales National Park car park about 100 yards away. A permit may be borrowed.

Banks in Sedbergh It is a charming cottage semi detached building, built around 1800 and is in the centre of Dent opposite The Sun Inn. Electric storage heaters are situated throughout the cottage

In centre of village. Nearest town is Sedbergh, which is 4 miles away.

Dent's tea-rooms and pubs offer quite a choice for eating out or you can enjoy a quiet cup of tea or one of Dent brewed beers. There are several shops in Dent plus a bus service to and from Sedbergh, Oxenholme station and Kendal.

Dent Railway station is about 4 miles from Dent Village and is situated in the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway line. The Denthead and Ribblehead Viaducts being not far away. Both can be viewed from the road.
Dent is central to the most beautiful touring country, with the Lake District and the Yorkshire Moors only a short driving distance away. Moreover Dent offers the most wonderful opportunity for long or short distance walking.
There are some short, easy but very enjoyable walks along the river, the Dales Way runs through Dent for the more advanced, or there are the famous three Peaks for the really energetic walker!

Night storage heater heating and water are included in the rent. If available, weekend or midweek breaks may be booked. We do require a deposit of GBP 50 pounds and the balance must be paid at least four weeks before arrival.
