This modern cottage at the end of a small courtyard development has a very pleasant outlook onto the wooded Stockghyll Waterfall park.

Double bedded room with views of Stockghyll woods. Twin bedded room overlooking the garden. Single bed room.

Tiled bathroom with washbasin, bath with shower over and WC. Airing cupboard.

Ground floor — entrance porch, spacious lounge/dining room with colour TV, portable radio/CD player and views on 3 sides of the garden and Stockghyll woods.

There is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of fitted units, electric cooker, gas hob, fridge,freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stable door to garden. Cloakroom/WC.

It has a secluded garden, lawned with table and chairs and garage for one car.

The property is within a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs and cinema up a wooded lane (no through road). Ambleside is easily accessible by car or train to nearby Windemere (4 miles) and then by bus or taxi.
