Local Information

Cartmel, famous for its 12th century Priory is just 1 mile away. There are pubs serving good food as well as good selection of shops.

Leisure Facilities

At Grange Over Sands, with its promenade and the historic market town of Kendal is only a short journey. Horse riding, coarse and fly fishing facilities are available nearby.
In addition there are two golf courses at Grange. One being a Fell course approximately 1.5 miles away and the other in Grange which is 3 miles away.
The surrounding countryside provides an abundance of hikes for the energetic visitor and for those wishing for something a little more staid, there are dozens of sedate walks to choose from, the choice is entirely up to you.

Full week is Saturday to Saturday : The rental includes towels, bed linen, gas, electricity & Welcome Pack.
NOTES: Peak Season is — 12th April — 29th August, 18th October — 24th October and 20th December to 2nd January.
Off Peak Season is — 1st March — 11th April, 30th August — 17th October, 25th October 19th December and 3rd January -14th January (2004)
20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance 14 days prior to arrival. Occupancy begins after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and ends before 11.00am on the day of departure.
PETS: An additional charge of GBP 15 pounds per pet is payable.
