2 detached bungalows (not adjacent to each other) in Broadstairs, Kent in pleasant surroundings near the seafront. We do not accept pets, and both houses are strictly non-smoking. Each property that has spacious accommodation has:

One with double bed, the other with single beds. (Dumpton Ridge has an extra bed in the spacious 2nd bedroom to accommodate a total of 5 in the bungalow)

Living Rooms
Well furnished with sofas in the sitting rooms, Television & video, payphone, gas central heating and gas fires in the sitting rooms. Newly fitted kitchens equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine. Dumpton Ridge has a newly errected conservatory, doubling as a dining area opening off the sitting room.
Kitchen
Gas cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave. Plenty of equipment, china and cutlery.
Cleaning & Linen
Bed linen included, towels extra.
Accomodation Notes
Full central heating, with most of the cost included in the rent. Children accepted at Dumpton Ridge, but not at St Christophers.
Outside
Nice gardens with seating and garden furniture. Off road car parking

Local Information
St Chistophers is closest to the seafront, harbour and town centre. Dumpton Ridge is a little further from the seafront and shops, but still easily reachable on foot.
Broadstairs is one of the 3 towns of the Isle of Thanet (the others being Ramsgate and Margate) and generally regarded as being the quietest and most attractive of the three.
It is a very popular holiday area with several sandy bays, a picturesque harbour and beautiful seafront walks. Broadstairs has a very good variety of restaurants and cafes, shops and pubs — Something suitable for all tastes.
Leisure Facilities
Canterbury is within easy reach, as is Dover and the Channel Tunnel if you fancy a trip across to France or Belgium.
There are a number of English Heritage properties in the area, in particular the castles at Dover, Deal and Walmer, not to mention the very attractive Kent countryside with lots of pretty villages, many of which have nice pubs offering good food.
There are several golf courses nearby and plenty of tennis courts and facilities for riding.
Booking Notes
Dumpton Ridge: Bookings Saturday to Saturday —
Children welcome and there is an extra bed in the second very large bedroom so that it can comfortably accommodate 5 people.
St Christophers: Bookings Friday to Friday. Regret children not accepted here.
50% deposit at time of booking, with balance payable at least 2 weeks before holiday.
Credit cards accepted.
Cancellation insurance mandatory, at a very reasonable price.
No smoking please in either bungalow.
We look after the properties personally and everything is kept to a high standard. We are inspected annually by the English Tourist Council which has awarded us a 4 STAR rating.
Changeover day
Friday at St Christophers and Saturday at Dumpton Ridge. Short breaks are available between November and Easter, from £40 per night for 2 people.
