Pitt was originally a farm on the famous Trelawne Estate and lies nestled at the top of the Looe River in it's own sheltered valley. It offers a private location, surrounded by farm and woodland and is ideally situated for those that really do appreciate the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the countryside. Pitt House is a 16th Century farmhouse with adjoining cottage and is set in 2.5 acres of gardens and grounds. Each property is entirely self contained and is a home for your stay

PITT HOUSE: It has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedded rooms and one with two single beds. They have pine ceilings and are very well funished. There is and upstairs bathroom/wc and a shower room/wc on the ground floor. This houses a washer/dryer. When you step into Pitt House you are greeted by a large open fireplace, in a spacious part pannelled dining room with oak beams, antiques and hand crafted furnishings. A beamed archway leads to a fully equipped working kitchen with its old range, fridge microwave and conventional oven. This combines the best of the old with the convenience of the new. The cosy sitting room is pannelled and has oak beams. It is supplied with colour TV, video and stereo/cd player. PITT COTTAGE: There is 1 double bedroom and a second with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom. When you walk into Pitt Cottage, the dining room welcomes you and has an antique sideboard and dining table. The fitted kitchen with its quarry tiled floor has a coventional oven and microwave as well as a washer dryer. The cottage is equipped with colour TV, video and stereo/cd player. A granite fireplace houses a wood birning stove and a part pannelled wall conceals the door to the stairway.

B-B-Q's and ample garden furniture are provided.
