THE OLD BREW HOUSE: Sleeps 7 — 3 bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and quarry tiled floor. Dining room with sideboard, table and chairs. At the entrance to the farmyard, this beautiful cottage has a sunny and spacious sitting room with a wood burning stove, TV and large arched windows that look out onto the old farmyard with its many stone buildings. There are large exposed beams, stone walls, windows and French doors are set into the old 'coach arches' giving the room lots of character. There is a family bedroom with a double and single bed. Another double bedroom with views over the courtyard and the third bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom has a bath, wash hand basin and WC. The Brew House is reached through an attractive garden with an archway from the Mansion House Courtyard. Clematis and roses adorn its walls. The Brew House, as its name implies was the building in which the Estates beer was brewed. There is full oil central heating. THE BAILIFF'S HOUSE: Sleeps up to 8, bedrooms. Large well equipped kitchen / dining area with gas gooker, fridge and microwave oven. Also a small recently discovered bread oven. There is a large lounge with wood burning stove, TV. A ground floor WC. Upsairs there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double and single bed together with en-suite bathroom / shower and WC. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst bedroom three has a queen size bed (smaller than a double) together with a single. Between bedroom two and three there is a bathroom with bath WC and washbasin. Many exposed beams and full of character the Bailiff's House is the largest and oldest building of those grouped around the farmyard. Originally the home of the farm bailiff and his family as well as being the dairy.

The Estate is situated in an area designated as one of outstanding natural beauty and lies close to the western edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in the foothills of The Black Mountain. Ammanford and the market town of Llandeilo are only a short distance away. The beautiful Gower peninsular with its sandy beaches and bays is about 45 minutes. Adjacent to the farmyard is the elegant Mansion House which provides our visitors with bed and breakfast accommodation. The estate also offers a licensed restaurant and bar together with a games room containing pool and table tennis — all of which is only available to guests on the Estate.

There is an extensive network of footpaths from the Estate that lead into the surrounding hills and countryside. The 18 hole Glynhir Golf Club (not ours) is a mile away.
The Gardens of Aberglasney and the National Botanic Gardens of Wales are close by as are the Castles of Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr. The Estate is able to offer reduced rate tickets for the golf course and the gardens.
