Close to St Paul de Vence, Nice, Antibes, Grasse - 15km to the sea and 18km to Nice and Nice airport. Situated in a 3000square meters garden, the house is fronted by a large terrace of 60 m2 overlooking the hills and the sea.

There are plenty of places to visit in the area — Perfume manufacturers at Grasse, Beaches at Juan Les Pins and Cannes. Picturesque hill top villages like Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Biot. — Monaco, Menton, Italy and St Tropez are a short drive away and the area has a fabulous selection of restaurants.
