Bedrooms

2 bedrooms, each with its own entrance, but also connected from inside the house. Bedroom1 has two single beds and bedroom2 has one double bed. In bedroom2 a baby cod and an extra single bed are available if needed. Both bedrooms have windows, cupboard space and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms

There is one big bathroom with toilet, washer, shower and independent heating (for winter rental).

Living Rooms

In the living room you will find a couch that can be turned into a double bed, a television, a dining table, an A/C (cold and heat) and a fire place (for winter rental).

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following; washing machine, large refrigerator, complete stove and oven, cutlery, pots & pans, glasses and plates.

Outside

There is a balcony for all your meals, a yard where children can play safely, where you can enjoy your meals and where you can BBQ if you like. Towards the back of the house you will find the gate that will connect you with the 25 steps that will take you down to the secluded beach. As you make your way up the stairs and pass the gate you will also find an outside shower to rinse of the salt/sand from your swim.

Local Information

The villa is situated at the entrance to the village, only 100 meters but still it feels like you are part of it. From the house you will have an excellent view of the Pagasetic gulf and of the surrounding mountains

Leisure Facilities

· The village offers a range of shops, including 2 supermarkets, a traditional bakery, several tavernas, fast food in the way of Souvlaki and a Pizzeria. · For your activities you might want to look into mountain biking, trekking as well as all the usual water sports such as; skiing, windsurfing, banana boats and paddle boats. U can also rent rowing boats, which have a small engine for your afternoon fishing or your daily excursion to near-by beaches. · When thinking about attractions one might do one of the following; visit Mt. Olympus, which is only 1½ hours away by car, the famous monasteries of Meteora (part of one of the James Bond movies) which are also about 1 ½ hours drive. The mountain of Pelion offers by its self, endless of excursions both to unspoiled beaches as well as to traditional Greek/Pelion mountain villages. In the winter you can visit the ski resort of Pelion, located about 25km from the house. Booking Notes

2 weeks minimum stay, but for out of season negotiable. Payment is 1/3 of the rental up-front and is considered as a non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance a month before arrival. If payment is not received a month before then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, keep the deposit and rent the villa to a different party. A damage deposit of €250, refundable, will be required at the start of the holiday and will be refunded at the end of your stay after mutual inspection of the house.
