A beautiful holiday house that was completely refurbished in 2001 located in a very quiet area approximately 2.5kms from the beach (this is a very large sandy beach ),2.5 kms from St Martin sailing port.

Local Information
The house is located in a very quiet area close to the large sandy beach and St Martin sailing port. Here you will find a good selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.
There are 5 bicycles and 1 wind surf board for the use of guests.
The local towns are St Martin , Ars, La Couarde, Les Portes, La Flotte. You will find open markets and shopping centres here.
Leisure Facilities
Sporting Facilities: Tennis — many local very nice courts 2.5 km away, Horse riding 1 km away, Golf — 9 hole course 22 km. Sailing boats and wind surfers to rent on the local beach, there is also a sailing school.
