La Folly is in a perfect location, being only ½ km. approximately from the medieval village of La Garde Freinet, yet set far enough back from the road to be quiet and totally private. It is set in its own grounds of 1.8 hectares on a wooded hillside with views through the trees to the village. Renovated in 2000, La Folly is fully equipped with modern furniture including a fully fitted kitchen and the main bathroom has been totally refurbished.

Large table and chairs under shady tree. Pool loungers, private swimming pool The house is surrounded by paved terracing which extends to the private pool (10m. x 5m), with underwater lighting.

All rooms have shutters. Pillow and blankets provided for each bed. Available on request and paid locally: Linen hire, Cot, End of stay cleaning

Local Information

There are twice weekly markets with local produce and crafts, good shops for everyday needs and a large choice of restaurants.

Leisure Facilities

Activities available in the area are riding, mountain biking and walking and there is a tennis court just 3 minutes walk from the house.

Booking Notes

October £500 (€800) All other times (min. 4 weeks) GBP 300 (euro 480)
Minimum stay 2 weeks. Change over Sunday Signed contract to be returned with 50% deposit to secure booking. Balance plus £150 breakage deposit due 6 weeks before arrival date.
