Family villa with heated swimming pool, air conditioning and sea views within walking distance to the beach. Sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and shower/guest room. There is a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. A little further away is the centre of Carvoeiro, with many more bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. This can be reached by car or on foot in around 20 min for those that enjoy walking.

Leisure Facilities
The lovely town of Carvoeiro is very much a strong mixture of the old and new. Whilst still retaining its charming fishing village ambience, on the outskirts there are mainly expensive and exclusive villas, offering seclusion and peacefulness, but never far from beaches and the "buzz" of daily activity, restaurants and lively bars. Not particularly a young persons town, more for families who have given up night clubs and discos!! Although there are a few fun bars where you can dance and listen to live music. There is golf of course, tennis, horseback riding and watersports.

Please ask for our best price as given the times we are negotiating the best rate. 35% deposit upon booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Payment to Lloyds Bank and all arrangements handled by their accountant. Booking insurance by Lloyds but travel and personal insurance is to the clients benefit.
