At Broceliande holidays we can offer you a choice of six newly renovated gites all equiped to a high standard located in a stone built mill with a private courtyard & a covered pool situated on the edge of the village of Gael, close to the forest of Paimpont. There are two three bedroom gites & four two bedroom gites so we can cater for groups of up to 25 The prices & dates are to the first Saturday of the following month

Bedrooms
Each gite has at least one double bedroom & a set of bunkbeds there is also a sofa bed in each gite.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are all equipped with bath / shower ,toilet, hand basin & washing machine.
Living Rooms
There is ample space for all the members of your party to relax in the lounge on either armchairs or sofa beds
Kitchen
Kitchens are all fitted units complete with cooker, fridge,microwave oven,kettle etc
Cleaning & Linen
All bedding is provided except for towels
Outside
there is a private walled courtyard with childrens swings, climbing frame etc & a covered 6x3 pool. A bbq & tables & chairs are provided on the private patio area.

The village of Gael offers all you need for day to day living, bars ,shops, restaurant, boulangers, butchers & hairdressers. The towns of St Meen le Grand & Mauron are 7km away with supermarkets,banks etc
Leisure Facilities
Gael is situated mid way between St Malo & Vannes & on the edge of the forest of Paimpont rich in the ledgends of Arthur & Merlin.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 50% is asked for on reservation of your gite & the balance one month before the start of your holiday ie: 1st of July for the 1st of August
Changeover day
Changeover is normaly midday Saturday but arrangments can be made if possiable
