Bathrooms

Bathroom contains a jacuzzi style bath and shower, a separate enclosed multi-shower and steam bath unit, wc, built-in wash basin, washing machine/dryer, storage cupboards and plenty of towels. It has granite floors and walls.

Living Rooms

Entrance hall contains large fitted wardrobes, shoe cupboards, wall mirrors, entry telephone, granite floors. Sitting room with a balcony, a dining area and the open plan kitchen. Furnishings include two three-seater sofas, a coffee table, TV/DVD/CD/Radio unit, large wall mirror, original painting by Paula Ewers “The Meeting”, full length glass doors to the balcony, with a table for al fresco breakfast or drinks. The dining area with a table and chairs leads into an open plan kitchen area, wooden floors.

Kitchen

Kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooking hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and sufficient glasses, plates cutlery and other utensils and storage cupboards. Granite floors, walls and work surfaces

Accomodation Notes

There are plenty of sockets for tv , radio, telephone and electrical appliances. There is no fixed line telephone at the apartment. You are advised the bring a mobile telephone, or to subscribe to a Czech mobile phone during your stay. If requested, a fixed line from the Czech Telecom can be arranged, including the ISDN link at your expense. The wiring exists in the apartment. There is no satellite TV subscription at the flat. This can be arranged at your request and expense. The necessary wiring exists in the apartment. The apartment is available at a monthly rent of Euro 2,800. The apartment is available at a monthly rent of Euro 2,800. The apartment can be occupied for a shorter time, but the minimum of one month rent is payable. The tenancy is agreed for a fixed period (minimum one month), but can be renewed, subject to the availability of the apartment, for another fixed term. Part month rent is Euro 700/week. The rent is fully inclusive of all rates, water, heating and electricity services, linen and taxes. Cleaning and washing is provided before the start of tenancy. During your tenancy, cleaning and washing can be arranged at an extra charge. Rent is exclusive of car parking. Garage parking can be arranged at extra charge. Maximum number of occupants is 4. Please note the bed arrangements consisting of one double and two single beds.

Leisure Facilities

Victor: Outside. At the rear of the building is an enclosed garden with a barbeque area. The front the building is on a quiet street. Prague castle, Petrin Hill, the Vltava river with Charles bridge and a tram stop are all within a 500 metres circle. Shops, churches, galleries, restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs and pubs are either on the doorstep or within a short walking distance through the romantic old streets of the town. Henry:Outside. At the rear of the building is an enclosed garden with lawn, situated between the apartment building and surrounding blocks. The front the building is on a private road next to Petrin hill, Seminarska zahrada (garden), small children playground and a kindergarten. The funicular to the top of Petrin hill, local tennis courts a gym and a tram stop are within 200metres, while Kampa park and the Vltava river with Charles bridge are 400 metres away. Churches, restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs and pubs are all within a short walking distance.
