Bathroom contains a bath with shower, washing machine/dryer and a wash basin. It has granite floors and tiled walls. There is a separate wc with a wash basin and granite floors.

Outside

At the rear of the building is an enclosed garden with a barbeque area. The front the building is on a quiet street. Prague castle, Petrin Hill, the Vltava river with Charles bridge and a tram stop are all within a 500 metres circle. Shops, churches, galleries, restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs and pubs are either on the doorstep or within a short walking distance through the romantic old streets of the town.

Local Information

Variously called "hundred-spired Prague" or "golden Prague" or "the mother of cities", Prague is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and received the World Heritage status from UNESCO in 1992. It has been a capital of the country for some 1100 years. The historic core of Prague has a small resident population of about 55,000. Mala Strana is a well preserved and harmonious blend of different periods and architecture styles provides endless fascination and inspiration for both tourists and residents. You would be one of the residents in the historical core of Prague. Traffic is severely restricted which allows one to explore the city comfortably on foot. Walking for pleasure is helped by hundreds of bars, pubs and coffee shops along most routes. Prague is well served by efficient trams, and for longer distances, by a modern underground system. Art and music, ranging from classical to contemporary are important features of the Prague scene. The city has been a magnet for artists over the centuries and again over the last decade. These influences are reflected in films, performing arts and paintings. There are many theatres, galleries, jazz and rock clubs and concerts in churches and music halls throughout the city reflecting this revival of creative culture.

The apartment is available at a monthly rent of Euro 3,300. The apartment can be occupied for a shorter time, but the minimum of one month rent is payable. The tenancy is agreed for a fixed period (minimum one month), but can be renewed, subject to the availability of the apartment, for another fixed term. Part month rent is Euro 750/week.. Please see our terms and conditions page for further details The rent is fully inclusive of all rates, water, heating and electricity services, linen and taxes. Cleaning and washing is provided before the start of tenancy. During your tenancy, cleaning and washing can be arranged at an extra charge. Rent is exclusive of car parking. Garage parking can be arranged at extra charge. Maximum number of occupants is 4. Please note the bed arrangements consisting of one double and two single beds.
