Bedrooms

3 bright and airy bedrooms with air con and mosquito nets to the windows. Bedrooms comprise 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. There is also a sofa-bed in the salon.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are fully tiled with shower cubicles. The upstairs bathroom has a washing machine which guests are most welcome to use.

Living Rooms

Large salon which spans the width of the villa with patio doors on two sides opening on to terraces. Comfortably furnished in a traditional Turkish style. Air con. Open fireplace. TV, DVD and satellite channels. Single sofa bed.

Kitchen

Separate kitchen, not open-plan with the salon. Large fridge/freezer, full gas and electric cooker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, "George Foreman". Crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6. There is a bbq on the patio which leads from the kitchen, which has a pergola for dining in the shade.

Other Rooms

Roof-top terrace with panoramic views to Rabbit Island in the Bay of Gundogan and Altinkum on the horizon. Ideal for private sunbathing or just relaxing with a cool drink and watching the sun go down.

Cleaning & Linen

All towels and linen are provided as are laundry facilities. Cleaning services by arrangement.

Further Details

The village of Gundogan is quiet and tranquil and still very traditionally Turkish. Cows meander through the streets and villagers sell their fruit and vegetables over their garden walls. Seafood is a speciality in the waterside restaurants set on jetties. Sit here and watch the local fishing boats bringing in their catches or the windsurfers enjoying the offshore breezes. Gundogan is a watersports centre and is also an ideal base for touring the Bodrum Peninsula. Everywhere on the Peninsula is easily accessible either by car or dolmus. Experience the shopping in Bodrum, haggle for leather goods and gold, visit the Castle and the antiquities, dine in international restaurants, or perhaps party until dawn and visit the largest open-air nightclub in Europe — Halikarnas. Whatever you want to make your holiday complete, the Bodrum Peninsula offers it all.

Leisure Facilities

The development has its own amazing turquoise blue Olympic sized pool with adjacent cafe and creperie restaurant. This is the venue for occasional evening entertainments, such as "Turkish evenings" throughout the summer. Alternatively residents meet here, socialise, play music and drink the local firewater "raki" in the evenings. We also have a beach bar with large brightly coloured cushions and sunbeds for relaxing on. There is a well stocked market selling everyday food at supermarket prices, so if you wish, you need not even venture into the village. Childrens' play area.

Currency Conversion

Booking Notes

A deposit of 100 GBP is payable at time of booking to secure the villa, with the balance due no later than 6 weeks before departure. A breakages/damages deposit of 150 GBP is also due with the balance — this will be returned to you after you vacate the villa and return the keys.
