These modern apartments are part of a development of apartments and town houses situated within landscaped gardens and 5 split-level communal pools. They are only a 5 minute walk away from the Marina, Cala Ego's Beach, local restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated on the ground floor and lead directly from the private garden to the communal split-level swimming pools.

Bedrooms
Entering from the hall off the sitting room, there is one double bedroom to the right and one twin bed room to the left. Both rooms have ample wadrobe space and a double sofa bed is in the sitting room. There is a mini safe in one bedroom.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a double sink unit, bath/shower, lavatory, bidet and large mirror unit.
Living Rooms
Lounge/dining room (seating 6) with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs. Satellite TV with flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. This leads through large french doors to the sun terrace that gets the sun all day and then to a small private garden leading directly to the split-level swimming pools. Central heating, air conditioning, linen provided.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equiped with ample crockery, pans and cooking utensils and has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine. There is a laundry room as well.
Cleaning & Linen
Linen and towels are changed each week but it is best to bring your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned before each arrival/departure.
Outside
Sun loungers and deck chairs are provided for use on the sun terraces. There are 5 split-level communal swimming pools set within the landscaped gardens. A large car park is available for use.
Further Details
A car is not essential, but if decide you require a car, car hire can be arranged for you for collection from the Airport at competitive rates.
Local Information
The town centre of Cala D'or is about 10 minutes walk with its many shops, restaurants and vibrant night life. The Marina at Cala Llonga is fast becoming the most cosmopolitan in Europe and is surrounded by a range of bars and restaurants serving international and local cuisine. 2 minutes walk from the apartments is a supermarket, and a range of other small local shops.
Leisure Facilities
The complex is situated 5 minutes from Cala Egos beach, the marina and local shops and restaurants. There are 7 sandy beaches within the vicinty of Cala D'Or, 2 of which are within 5 minutes walk of the apartments. Horse riding, bowling, boat hire and water sports are all available locally
Booking Notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and the full balance is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to your departure. A refundable £100.00 damage deposit is required with the balance, which will be refunded on return of the apartment key.
Changeover day
Saturday is the only changeover day during June to August. However, other days may be considered by negotiation out of peak season.
