This is a town centre apartment, but on a road with restricted access, so you have everything you could need within walking distance — and an abundance of places where you can relax when you have had enough browsing!

Shops, restaurants and cafes are on your doorstep. Step outside for coffee and croissants or visit the nearby boulangerie and take breakfast and a newspaper home for a leisurely morning. The train station is a few minutes walk for taking the wonderful scenic route along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monaco or Italy. Nice airport is just 20 mins away by car and 30-40 by fast bus. A car is unnecessary here as everything is within walking distance, the beach, seafront, harbour, markets and old town. Boat trips out to the beautiful, totally unspoilt and peaceful Lerrins Islands are regular every day service and also further to St. Tropez. The bus inland takes you to Mougins, Valbonne and Grasse.

cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, roller blading, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, Go-karting, art galleries, museums, marine parks, water parks There are five excellent and very scenic golf courses near Cannes. The skiing areas take about 2 hours to drive to but the mountains and lakes for excellent walking are much closer. Coastal walking is wonderful and the apartment has an excellent library of local interest books and maps to help plan your stay.
