2 spacious Gites set in beautiful surroundings just 2km from the typically French village of Clairac in the department of Lot-et-Garonne. Both offer ground floor and first floor bedroom and bathroom facilities. Each sleep 6 and are ideal for individual families or parties of up to 12 to rent both together. Extremely safe for children; fenced pool and rural location with no passing traffic.

Linen, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the cost. Cleaning after your stay is also included. Clean linen and towels are offered on the second Saturday of your stay.
Accomodation Notes
All rooms have electric wall heaters. Stair gates, cots and push chairs are included in the cost.
Outside
Over 1 acre of grounds surrounded by beautiful countryside. Swimming Pool — Fenced and shared by both Gites. The pool works on a salt water chlorination system which is gentle on the eyes, skin and the environment. It is automatically cleaned every night to ensure crystal clear water and is approximately 10.5m X 6m with steps at one end and sun loungers. Each Gite has its own patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Undercover parking area.

Leisure Facilities
Perfect location for canoeing, cycling, walking. River Lot with beach for swimming is just 2km away. Theme park at Agen just 30 minutes.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover but we are flexiable out of peak season. Arrival time is after 4pm, departure time is before 10am.
