"The Forest Nook 1" chalets is a brand new and highly luxurious holiday village, beautifully situated in the very heart of the most southern winter skiing resort in Europe – Pamporovo. Spread over the mountain pastures in the central part of the charming Rhodopes close to a small river running nearby, this unique development offers 21 chaltes (solid construction of bricks and concrete framing), each with a beautiful panoramic mountain view. The chalets will be located approx. 2 km from the ski runs and only 900 meters away from the main road. Sofia and Plovdiv International Airports are respectfully 220 km and 85 km away. The new border with Greece will be open to the end of 2007 and Pamporovo is ONLY 80km away from White Sea.

Our services include: - Sourcing for you all further items needed to get your chalet ready to rent out (electrical appliances, bed linen, cooking utensils, and all the bits and pieces needed to get them to a standard for renting out). - Accepting rental payments (credit card facility) - Cleaning, washing, ventilation of the chalets. - Advertising and communication with potential customers/tenants. - Meeting customers at Sofia or Plovdiv Airport/Pamporovo and transportation to your chalet. - Giving/collecting keys, instructions for the use of the chalets, assistance for guests while renting the chalet. - Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax). - All services required to keep the chalet in good condition. For the above services we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the chalet owners showing you the occupany, costs and net income. RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES Once ready, all Chalets will be advertised for rental.We are also planning to develop further advertising campaigns to promote our portfolio of properties to rent and have established strong relationships with a number of successful local and international tour operators, travel agents and on-line reservation systems for renting out chalets and apartments and you will benefit from this extra source of business.

Booking Notes
The price per villa is 95000 Forest Nook 1 has only 5 chalets free Payment plan: - 30% now - 20% of the price payable on completion of the ground - 40 % of the price when the construction is at shell stage and the property ownership will be transferred to the buyer - The remaining 10% is due on the 20th of Dec 2005 on completion of the complex. Please note that it is needed to register a limited company in Bulgaria to own a chalet. Our lawyers will provide full assistance.
