Our apartment is located in a prestigious residential district called as Atasehir. Our area is gated with 24 hour private security, coded lock on the entrance door. Our flat is on 11th floor. The apartment have elevator with fun, alarm system, independent generator. Everything is within walking distance (bus stop, shopping centers, restaurants, banks, etc.) The flat is all furnished equipped, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable . Every space used effectively. All rooms are big with large windows all windows look to the street and have a nice view. All windows have triple glass so it is very quiet and warm. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining. Bedroom have a double bed and a cupboard. Also we have a double sofa bed in the large living room. Our flat also facilitated with a P.C and a FREE 256 Kbps ADSL internet connection. And all major channels are available in our Cable T.V. Transfers are included the price. ( Both arrival and depature.)

Bedrooms
Bedroom have a double bed and a cupboard. ( apr. capacity 20 suits, 20 shirts, 10 sweaters, 50 t-shirts. Sure you can make different combinations :-) T.V. is towards the bed so you can watch it while you're in bed.
Bathrooms
Bathroom have a toilet, a shower, a bath-tub, a wash-hand basin and a big mirror. There is also a washing machine with drier and iron with iron desk. All towels are in a small cupboard.
Living Rooms
Large living room designed to be both modern and stylish. 8 people can easily sit. There you will have a double sofa bed, cable T.V, internet and P.C.
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining, gas cooker, big owen, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee tea maker, all kitchen stuff (plates, cups, spoons, etc). There is also a dishwasher. 4 people can comfartably dine.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are included. Our flat is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. Further cleaning can be provided at an additional charge on request.
Accomodation Notes
We have central heating, 24 hours hot water and a big balcony. Our flat also facilitated with a P.C and a FREE 256 Kbps ADSL internet connection. All major channels are available in our Cable T.V. (CNN International, BBC World, BBC Prime, MTV, VH1, NBA TV, CNBC-e, TV5-French, TVE-Spanish, RTL-German) CD, DVD,Casette players and powerful Dolby 5.1 Surround speaker system complete our multimedia set.
Outside
There is an amusement park next to our apartment which is perfect for your children which is sorrounded with private gardens. We have safe parking in 3 garages (35GBP/week extra) or in back yard (free of charge).Due to limited parking space, we recommend you to reserve it in advance.

Local Information
Atasehir begin to build in early 90's. As it's a brand new location everything well planned and latest equipments, concepts were put in to practice. Within ten years Atasehir has become interest center of Asian side of Istanbul. Leisure Facilities
Seaside is just 10 km away from our flat. There you can walk,exercise, sun bathe etc. Also we advise you to visit Princess Islands. You can go there by a fairy. It will take half an hour. There are beaches, fish restaurants, nice cafes. Major spots of night life are Bagdat Street, Beyoglu, Etiler, Ortakoy with a huge range of restaurants, Coffee shops, bars, meyhanes, tavernas, clubs and discos. For booking we need %30 of the total amount as deposit. It must be transfered to our bank account. ( Transfer fees will be payed by you) The remaining balance is to be paid cash upon arrival.
