A newly completed 1 bedroomed garden apartment, situated in a family villa, located within a very quiet and private area of Valbonne, yet only 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of the village. Use of large swimming pool and bathing terraces. Accommodation comprises: living area with 2 couches, one of which converts into a double bed; kitchen area with fitted Italian kitchen; double bedroom; bathroom with shower and washing machine annex; outside terrace with barbeque. Suitable for up to 4 adults. Prefer non-smokers and dog lovers, as we have 2 very friendly German Shepherds. Sadly, no infants.

Nearest smaller supermarkets are within 3km, the larger Auchan and Carrefour are 10 an 12 km from the villa. Locally, there is a complete range of shops and banks within the village. There is an outstanding choice of restaurants within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away. We will be happy to advise you.

Nearest Beaches at Antibes, Juan les Pins, Golfe Juan, Cannes; golf (several to choose from); horse riding; tennis; boules; river trails; running; walking; lots of regular village activities, including Friday market, and monthly antiques market.
