A recently modernised one bedroomed apartment in the San Euginio area of Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife. The apartment, which sleeps up to four people, is part of a very friendly complex which hosts two swimming pools (one heated) pool bar & restaurant and offers games and entertainment throughout the day. San Euginio is a very popular destination in Las Americas, the marina, the beach and the famous San Euginio shopping centre are only a few minutes walk. The Aqua park and Sky park are also nearby.

Bedrooms
The large bedroom has two single beds and two double wardrobes, there is a free safe in one of the wardrobes. A 3 speed ceiling fan keeps the room nice and cool.

The bathroom contains a bath with shower over and wc
Living Rooms
The spacious living area opens out onto a large balcony where you have a nice view of the sea. The room contains the sofa bed/settee TV & Video Stereo and a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob and oven, it has a microwave fridge, toaster and kettle
Cleaning & Linen
The apartment is profesionally cleaned on a regular basis with towels and bed linen included. For one week occupancy it will only be cleaned after your departure all other occupancies will be cleaned after the first week. Linen will be changed at every clean.
Accomodation Notes
This accomadation is ideally suited for families and couples and is situated on the first floor.
Outside
The outside area has two swimming pools shared by the other guests of the complex.
Further Details
The complex has an on site supermarket, however the famous San Euginio shopping centre is five minutes walk away where the choice is endless. The Torviscas market is nearby which is open on a Thursday & Saturday. There ia a Barclays Bank about 500 mts from the entrance to the complex where cash can be withdrawn, there are also many cash points around the shopping mall.
Local Information
The local area offers a great nightlife for young and old. The younger ones will enjoy the lively bars of Veronicas, which is a 20 minute walk away however for the not so young this area offers some of the finest restaurants and caberet bars where you can enjoy some of the fantastic tribute acts that this island offers.
Leisure Facilities
The beach is only two minutes walk from the apartment where you will find many water activities such as water sking, banana boats, para sailing etc. The Porto Colon beach is just five minutes walk along the beach front where you can enjoy the beautifull marina or even take one of the many water excursions that are on offer.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date. A refundable security deposit of £50.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
Changeover day
Changeovers are normally Friday to Friday however this can be flexible
