A stunning property in a secluded , quiet area of the fashionable local resort of Mondello, Addaura. The villa is a beautifully fitted house set on Monte Pellegrino nature reserve and enjoys panoramic sea views of the Aolean Islands, specially from the top floor heated Jaccuzi. It is a few minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes drive to the white sand beach of Mondello and several excellent restaurants and cafes. Owing to its ease of access to the motorway just north of Palermo(and therefore avoiding traffic on the Palermo ring road)Mondello is an excellent base for exploring western Sicily including Palermo, Cefalu, the Greek sites of Sagesta and Selinute, Erice, Trapani and the Zingaro nature reserve to name a few.

The master bedroom has a solid wood frame double bed, wardrobe and dressing table and chairs, second bedroom has woooden floors, a double sofa bed with wardrobes and armchairs

All newly refurbished marble tiled. the en-suite has shower jet and Jacuzzi bath with sea view, bidet, wc. The second bathroom has a shower, bidet,wc.

The villa is set on terraced ground with Mediterranean vegetation, leading down to a fruit tree garden including orange and lemon trees. The garden and the terraces are fabulous to while away in the sunshine, even in the winter There is plenty of out door furniture and a barbecue.

Marble flooring accommodation set on two floors. The main entrance follows through to the bright and airy living and dining areas with a terrace and sea views through to the fully equipped kitchen onto the furnished outside terrace with a barbecue. The two large bedrooms both have double beds and large bathrooms, one en-suite, marble clad with showers. All fittings and furnishings are of highest quality and the house has air conditioning.

The Villa is a few minutes drive from the charming resort/fishing town of Mondello, which has excellent fish restaurants, lively cafes and a fabulous sandy beach. 15 minutes drive or a short bus ride will take you into Palermo, with all its historical and contemporary wonders and fashionable boutiques. It is possible to rent sailing boats, windsurfers and power boats at Mondello to take you around the bay, up the coast or even as far as the island of Ustica.
