Located within a brand new residence, facing a forested hillside on the edge of the village. The apartment is on the shadier side looking towards the village. Hallway gives access to: Bedroom (kingsize bed, bedside tables, large built in wardrobe). Traditional wooden shuttters at the windows. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Spacious living room with granite breakfast bar, comfortable seating (French click clack converts into 2nd double bed), coffee table, bookcase, tv with satellite channels. Balcony with patio set. Kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with all built in appliances including large fridge/freezer, washing machine, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob and granite worktops. Garaged car parking. The village is less than 15 mins from Cannes and Antibes, 25 mins from Nice airport. Ideally situated to explore the many nearby beaches and other local perched mountain villages. Short walk to local shops, swimming pools and tennis courts (inc).

A kingsize bed with bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe. Plenty of hanging and storage space. Hairdrier provided.

A very spacious room furnished with a granite breakfast bar and seating. French click clack sofa converts into the second double bed. Coffee table, bookcase, tv with satellite chanels and atmospheric lighting which combine to make a relaxed setting. It opens on to a balcony.

Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils for 4 people. Appliances are all built in and include a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, fan assisted oven with ceramic hob and granite worktops.

Towels and linen are included and full cleaning service at the end of your stay is included.

There is a large shared pool a few minutes walk from the apartment and 2 smaller children's pools. There are several tennis courts and table tennis. Equipment and passes for these facilites are all included

Local shops (including grocery store, bakery, chemist and newsagent) and samll restaurant are within a short walk from the apartment. There are also several large hypermarkets nearby (car advisable).

Nearby is Mougins, an ancient hilltop town, huddling behind its 15th century stone ramparts, with a fortified Saracen gate. It is known as one of the smartest places to eat. Its restaurants include Roger Verge's Moulin de Mougins. Set within an old mill, it serves the specialities of the region.

Apart from exploring the sandy beaches of Cannes, the region offers other contrasting pleasures. You are ideally placed for travelling around the Cote d'Azur. There is good access to the fast A8 (pay road) which takes you to Monte Carlo or on to the Italian border within 45 minutes. Other nearby attractions include Grasse (centre of the perfume trade), Antibes (with its picturesque old rown and harbour), Vallauris (the village of 100s of potters), Villeneuve-Loubert (dominated by a restored medieval castle), St Paul de Vence (classic perched medieval village built on a rocky outcrop behind the coast), Nice (stroll along the Promenade des Anglais or visit the art museums). Of course, there are the various festivals held in the region, such as the Cannes Film Festival, Carnival in Nice, the Citrus Festival in Menton and the traditional Christmas markets along the quaysides.
