Bedroom 1, is on the 1st floor mezanine, an open and spacious area, with double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamp, dressing table with drawers (and hairdryer). Window overlooking the vineyards towards the sea. Bedroom 3 on the 1st floor with double bed, 2 beside tables and lamp, chest of drawers, Velux window in roof with siesta blind.

Communal swimming pool is open from early May through to mid-late September. Our Agents. based locally, are English, we will provide you with their telephone number in case of emergency to give peace of mind whilst on holiday.

Beziers, 8 miles/15 minutes (or a leisurley bike ride along the canal). Great for shopping or visit the many bars and restaurants. Sete: The French Venice, 24 miles/40 minutes. A busy fishing port with many restaurants lining the canal. Water Jousting takes place on the canal here in August each year. Agde & Cap D'Agde: 9 miles/15minutes. A colourful town and lovely beaches, a marina, casino, night clubs, fairground, boat trips. Carcassonne: 50 miles/1hour.A must-see, fortified city. Andorra & the Pyrennees: 120 miles/3 hours Barcelona 170 miles/2hr.45mins. (or take the train from Beziers) Well worth an early morning start for a great day out.

3 minutes from award winning beaches. Portiragnes plage is probably the quietest of the nearby beaches, with shops, bars, restaurants and water sports, great beach for the children. Nearby beaches of Vias and Valras (10 mins away) are larger and busier. Beziers, the main town, is only 15mins away or a leisurely bike ride along the canal, has excellent shopping facilities. Around Portiragnes & Portiragnes Plage, you can go horse riding, cycling, walking, hire a leisure boat on the canal, join in the water sports, fishing, Nearby at Beziers there is a brand new golf course.

Booking Notes
For bookings of 2 weeks or more a discount of £25 per week applies. A deposit of £100 per week will be required at the time of booking (non-refundable). the balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. Rental is paid in full if booking within 8 weeks of arrival date. A security deposit of £150 will be required, this will be refunded in full providing the property is left in a clean and tidy condition, the cost for additional cleaning or replacing any broken or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.
Changeover day
Changeover days are normally Saturday, but can be flexible on this depending on existing bookings. Minimum booking is for 1 week. The property will be available from 4pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
