Mountain Valley is a small, private, British owned and run holiday retreat. Whether you are looking for a quick break or a family holiday, Mountain Valley is the perfect place to stay. You can either stay in one of our 12 apartments or one of our 2 private luxury villas, all set in mature gardens with private swimming pool, a la carte restaurant and poolside bar. Mountain Valley is situated in a quiet area with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains yet only a short 5 minute walk from the nearby village where you will find bars, restaurants, shops & entertainment. The beach in Olu Deniz with the world famous lagoon is only 10 minutes away and the local town of Fethiye with it's shops, restaurants, harbour & weekly outdoor market is only 15 minutes away by dolmus (the local bus service).

Bedrooms
Each apartment has a double bedroom and 2 good sized sofabeds in the living room.

Each apartment has a shower room with sink toilet & enclosed walk in shower
Living Rooms
The living rooms have 2 sofas which open out to good sized beds, coffee table, TV & DVD Player.
Kitchen
The kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, kettle, mini oven & hob. All cooking utensils, cutlery & crocery are provided. There is also a dining room table with seating for 4 people
Other Rooms
The apartments are fully air conditioned. All have 2 balconies — 1 off the bedroom and 1 off the living room.
Cleaning & Linen
All bed linen and towels are provided. The apartments are cleaned daily and towels/sheets changed twice per week.
Outside
Within the mature garden setting is a large swimming pool and pool side bar, an outdoor and indoor restaurant, 2 hammocks and a traditional Turkish 'kosku' (chill out area). The pool has graduated steps in the shallow end and ladder steps in the deep end. Loungers, umbrellas and tables surround the pool and there is a waiter service so you don't even have to get up! The restaurant provides an extensive international menu, with special emphasis on traditional Turkish cuisine. Special culinary needs can be catered for. Breakfasts, lunches and full evening meals are served and snacks can be ordered at any time. Diners can choose if they prefer to dine inside or 'al fresco' in the garden area. We can also provide room service and meals for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc... The bar, named 'Mountainside Paradise' because of the fantastic views of the surrounding Mountains you can enjoy while you unwind with your holiday tipple. The bar serves a wide selection of local wines, beers and spirits as well as imported drinks and of course cocktails! In the bar area there is also a pool table and large screen satellite TV with British sport, news programs and music channels.

Booking Notes
Please email/call us to check availability. We ask for a 20% deposit to be paid on booking with the balance payable on your arrival. Details of how to pay the deposit will be provided once you book.
Changeover day
There is no set changeover day — we try to be as flexible as possible to suit whichever day/time our guests can get the best flight.
