Villa Azul is a beautiful, privately owned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa available for holiday rental. Situated in a particularly spacious plot and surrounded by a well-stocked garden, with a host of palms, shrubs and flowers. The villa has its own electrically-heated swimming pool and large south-facing sun terraces. There is also an open-fronted eating dining area. Part of the quiet, residential Faro Park development, yet within easy reach of Playa Blanca's restaurants and beaches. Villa Azul is in a peaceful cul-de-sac location. Furnished to an unusually high standard, the owners have created a true home from home in the sun. The villa is equipped with satellite tv (with many English channels), DVD player, Hi-Fi and fully-equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a truly relaxing holiday.

Fully-fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops. Features electric oven and halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and large fridge freezer.
Other Rooms
Delightful open-fronted eating area for alfresco meals. Solid teak table seats up to 10.
Cleaning & Linen
Linen and towels included (weekly change). Beach towels not supplied. Welcome pack including wine provided.
Accomodation Notes
Regretably we are unable to accept bookings for parties with children under 5. No smoking. Sorry no pets. Safe and hair dryer provided.
Outside
Patio doors lead from lounge onto a large sunbathing area equipped with comfortable sunbeds, table and chairs. Private electrically-heated swimming pool (not solar so guaranteed always warm). Covered eating area with seating for 10. Attractive surrounding gardens.
Local Information
A supermarket, couple of restaurants, bakery and bars are only three minutes walk away.
Leisure Facilities
The rugged coastline is only five minutes walk from the villa. The nearest beaches at Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada are both approx. five minutes drive away. The stunning sandy beaches of Papagayo can be reached in just 15 minutes.
