The ground floor features a guest suite with double bedroom, French windows leading out onto the terrace. Booking Notes
To reserve property, complete booking form, return with payment of initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of total rent due. Balance of rent together with security deposit (£500) payable not less than 8 weeks before start of rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of start of rental period require FULL payment at time of booking. Any chargable expenses arising during the rental period (including but not limited to) final clean, laundry of linen and telephone if used will be deducted from the deposit monies
