The house is part of a residential area on the top hill in front of the Regional Natural Park of Asinara Island, in the borough of Stintino. It offers a stunning sight of the Northen Sardinia coast. It is at a reasonable distance from the airport and the port. Even thou the transport to/from would be provided by the owner.

The spacious living-dinning room is nicely furnished, tv and video are provided and a sofa bed offers an additional bed (also includes a fire place).

The small kitchen includes all the catering equipment, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Cleaning & Linen
The owner will provide a weekly cleaning of the house and a weekly change of towels and linen.
Accomodation Notes
the house is on three levels: on the ground level are the kitchen and the dinning-living room; on the lower level are the two fresh double bedroom and a toilette;On the upper level is the en-suite master bedroom.
Outside
The property have a private car park and surrounding garden. Two verandas with garden furniture would help you to enjoy your relaxing time
Local Information
The owner would be delighted to offer his assistance organising trips and excursions to discover the natural ( TheAsinara Regional Park, the magnificent coast's marina), cultural (Ethnographic museum, Le Tonnare), archaeological (the Roman ruins of Turris Lybissonis), gastronomic (many are the "tasty" traditions in the area) heritage of the region.
Leisure Facilities
Rocky and sandy beaches are at a walkable distance from the property. As well as shopping centre, restaurants, bank. The area is served by pubblic buses. In the area are also available sport facilities as: riding track, golf, tennis courts and swimming pool
