A private owner rents a cozy well furnished, fully equipped, two-room apartment located south / south-east; on the second floor of a small secure residence in a green quiet neighborhood (Quartier de la Californie ). Apartment is 50 square meters of covered area fully furnished,equipped and can sleep 2 - 4 people. The Residential building is secure and has a 24 hours lift and an interphone in the entrance. It is about seven minutes’ walk from La Croisette and the Sunny beaches. The residence is just 10 minutes' walk to the main train station SNCF . The Festival Palace is also only 10 minutes' walk. Within walking distance of shopping malls, restaurants, and beaches. The “ Lucien Barriere Tennis Club” is nearby. Accomodation Notes
Length of stay:
The apartment is rented on a weekly or monthly basis. The periods of stay are usually from Saturday to Saturday inclusive.
The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 in the morning on the last day of the rental period.
Arrivals should not be earlier than 2 P.M unless by prior arrangement.
Any extension to the rental period must be agreed in writing before your arrival.
Booking procedure:
A booking is confirmed once the booking contract is duly signed, completed and returned, together with the appropriate deposit to the address shown.
No firm booking contract is deemed to exist until we have received these documents.
A provisional booking application may be made by telephone or fax provided that a completed booking contract and deposit are received within 7 days of receiving the telephone call / E-mail / Fax.
Refundable breakage deposit:
We will be requiring a security / breakage deposit of 800 euros. Payable to us on your arrival at the premises. The deposit will be 100% refundable to you when vacating the premises. This is required by us for any damage incurred to the property, fittings, fixtures, equipment, etc that could have taken place during your occupancy. This deposit can be given in the form of a check / cash or as mutually agreed.
Insurance It is essential that you should have your insurance to cover any risk of fire, water damages, etc. and should anything happen in the apartment you are requested to inform the owner within 24 hours. In the event of your not being covered by insurance, any damages will be payable by you as per actuals.
Payment procedure A booking must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the rental fee which must be sent within 7 days to secure the booking. If the deposit is not received within that period of time, then the booking will be considered as cancelled.
The payment of the balance of the rental fee will be given on the day of the renter’s arrival.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified in writing, by registered letter, by fax or by e-mail. - In the event of a cancellation of a booking the owner will refund the deposit to the renter within 7 days after the cancellation if such an event takes place at least two months before the date of the arrival on the premises. - If the renter cancels his booking within the two months prior the date of his arrival on the premises, his booking deposit will not be refunded. - should the renter shorten his stay he will not be refunded any money and the whole rent will remain with the owner.
Conditions - Any damage to the property or fittings or equipment should be reported to the owner. - The property can only be used by the number of people shown on the booking form. - The owner undertakes to use all reasonable effort to ensure that all the appliances in the house are in working order and to replace any defects as soon as possible.
