An authentic 200 year old farmhouse located in a tranquil and quiet area. Consists of three bedrooms, four bath/showers, spacious pool area with 30 foot pool, living room and a large combined kitchen and dining area. Characterful property.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed. The two remaining twin bedrooms are on the first floor. Two folding beds (for children) can be provided.
Bathrooms
A shower room close to the pool deck on the ground floor is very handy while all the bedrooms have en-suite shower or bathroom.
Living Rooms
Also an arched room, the living room is equipped with cable TV and sofa.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker & oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, washing machine etc. This room has beautiful large arches and also had a large dining table.
Other Rooms
A free arrival food pack is provided.
Cleaning & Linen
All bed linen and towels are included. The property and pool are cleaned once weekly.
Accomodation Notes
Portable air-conditioners can be provided for a small daily fee.
Outside
The large pool area is completely private and enjoys direct sunlight for the whole day. It is equipped with stone barbeque, deck chairs and table and chairs. A first floor terrace that overlooks the pool has nice open country views to enjoy.
Local Information
Gharb is probably one of the oldest Gozitan villages, where various archaeological excavations exposed the remains of Neolithic and Bronze Age settlements in the area
Leisure Facilities
The closest beach is the inland sea which is approximately 5 minutes drive away from the house. Here you will also see the famous Azure window and the Blue Hole popular with divers.
