The apartment is situated on a very exclusive private domain. It is in the perfect location for exploring the Cote D'Azur. The apartment has both central heating and air conditioning. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Outside
The apartments are situated in a beautiful Mediterranean garden. We have a large 'L' shaped terrance which has the benefit of sunshine all day. Perfect for Al Fresco dining. There is an outside table and chairs. There are also reclining chairs. There is a lovely shared swiming pool (unheated) with children's pool. There are sunloungers provided around the pool. There is a lovely Roman style pool house with toilets and hot showers.

The apartment has secure parking. You will find a good variety of shops and restaurants in Biot. There is also a Tourist Information Office. Booking Notes
We require a 20% deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday date. We require a £500. security bond.
Changeover day
We can offer flexible rental periods outside of peak weeks. During July/August we can only offer a Saturday changeover. The apartment is available from 1600 and you must depart no later that 10am. We can offer special rates for longer rental periods.
