Ta'Mananni Farmhouse is a 250 years old traditional house in the village of Xaghra on the Island of Gozo,the sister Island of Malta.The Farmhouse is fully modernised and fully equiped,with fitted kitchen,lounge,3 bedrooms-all with their own bathrooms,luxury sized swimming pool,bbq area& upper terraces is available for rent throughout the whole year. It is well equiped with tv video,washing machine,iron&hairdryer.Local shops, a traditional stoneoven bakery & minimarkets catering for all your needs are nearby.A welcome food supply will be cooling in the fridge on your arrival & hot water will be on tap for that essential shower& from that moment the holiday home is yours.Your holiday would not be complete without the luxury of your own pool.Daytime cooling dips needed not be described but just imagine the joy of taking an evening swim whilst on terrace the bbq cooks your meal to open air perfection. We are just proud of our little corner of paradise.

A 2 single beds bedroom is at the ground floor. another 2 single beds bedroom and a double bed bedroom are at the second floor.
Bathrooms
2 en-suit bathrooms/showers,wc and wash hand basin at the second floor and 1 bathroom/ shower over,wc and wash hand basin at the ground floor. Hot water is available.
Living Rooms
living room fully furnished. tv video, 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs sofas.
Kitchen
Fully equiped and fully funished kitchen.cooker, fridge/freezer,washing machine,cuttlery sets, electric kettle, toaster, plates , coffee/tea sets, glasses,cooking pans and dishes.
Other Rooms
All rooms are fully equiped and fully furnished. Ceiling fans in all rooms. open terrace at the upper floor.
Cleaning & Linen
The house is cleaned before every arrival / after every departure by our maids. If staying at the house for more than a week linen are changed after a week and towels are changed every 3 days at no charge . Cleaning of the house during the stay needed to be asked by clients at extra charges.
Accomodation Notes
All rooms are with ceiling fans. A baby cot is available.
Outside
BBQ area next to the private swimming pool. Out side garden furniture — table and chairs , umbrellas , sunbeds. Swimming pool is not heated. Jaccuzzi with the pool. Size of pool is 30 ft by 15 ft.

Local Information
The village of Xaghra is a very lively village,one of the 15 villages on the Island of Gozo. It is situated on top of a hill,so it is surrounded by fertile valleys full of fields worked up by our farmers. The neolitic temples of Ggantija are the most point of interest at the village. Don't miss a visit at the parish church full of marble, paintings and golden decorations.One can visit also the old windmill(Museum), Calypso's Cave, Ninu's Cave & Xerri's Grotto,the museum of toys.
Leisure Facilities
Ramla bay is only 5 minutes drive away and Marsalforn is 10 minutes drive from the farmhouse.One can easilly reach other beaches and sides of the Island. In few minutes one can cross the Island of Gozo with the size of 14km by 7km.
