Beautiful modern two bedroom in security building with pool. Large white marble floor living room - First floor w lift, balconies front and back w room for eight dining on terrace view of sea and mountains. Good sized well appointed kitchen. Front lobby and separate WC. Double bed in master bed and twin beds in second Bedroom. Perfect for short walk along beach to Old Antibes or to the Hotel du Cap with Juan Les Pins only a stroll. Easy reach by car or train to Cannes, Villefranche, Monaco for lunch/dinner. Or just go to our local restaurants all of which are brilliant. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two children. Parking space available but at an extra small charge although parking usually easy.

One large long white marble floored living room with two sofas, round dining table seats six. Wide floor to ceiling windows opening onto balcony with additional outdoor table that seats eight. Both sofas are sofa beds. TV and stereo.

Wel appointed kitchen with new fridge w freezer and electric cooker, washer/dryer machine, microwave, juicer etc.

Accomodation Notes
Air conditioning unnecessary as large sliding windows open both ends of property and allow air to flow through. Quiet street.
Outside
Shared mediium swimming pool. Well maintained but due to beach proximity not over used.
Further Details
Good Barclays connection available — english speaking and helpful. Usual supermarkets — easily reached and one of the largest is not far. Croissants and English papers every morning two minutes away.
Local Information
Fantastic all round location. Boats, beaches, local outdoor markets including the famous Antibes fleamarket. Picasso's museum five minutes walk. Restaurant Les Vieux Murs in the ramparts even closer. Plenty of night life, clubs, casinos Juan Les Pins.
Leisure Facilities
Antibes Harbour for boat rentals. Sailing club literally across the road. Beach is cleaned daily and has showers, snack bars, restaurants and bars.
