Bedrooms

The apartment sleeps from 2 to 8 guests comfortably. The double sized master bedroom to the front of the property accommodates a king size bed, wardrobe storage and a window with views of the Tay estuary, the North Sea and the bridges to the Fife coast line. The second double bedroom is extremely versatile and has one adult sized single bed. In addition there is a adult sized double futon bed with a single bunk. The second room would accommodate a number of guest permutations sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms are freshly decorated and both are equiped with a TV. The bedrooms and lounge, which has a pull out metal framed double bed, can be configured to accomodate up to 8 guests, if required.

Bathrooms

A sizable clean family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, and wash hand basin. The shower is an electric shower providing hot water 24/7.

Living Rooms

The bright lounge faces the front of the property and accomodates a breakfasting /dining area with extendable dining table that will seat up to 6-8 guests. The full sized window overlooks the esturay. The front room has a metal action fold out bed settee that can accomodate 2 adult guests. Ample comfortable seating is available with television, cable and CD/DVD player.

Kitchen

A modern kitchen fully equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave etc. The kitchen has a dining/seating area and is surrounded with fitted units. The kitchen comes equipped all necessary equipment and utensils.

Other Rooms

The hall provides access to two good sized storage areas ideal for golf clubs, suitcases etc.

Cleaning & Linen

All Towels and linen are supplied with the property. Guests are however asked to bring their own beach towels. The property is cleaned and prepared prior to the rental. Guests are asked to maintain standards of cleanliness within the home during their stay, as required. If staying more than a week, an additional cleaning service is available for changing sheets, vacuming and dusting.

Booking Notes

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking. 8 weeks prior to holiday the remaining balance must be paid. If booking for Carnoustie Open Championship 2007, full payment is required prior to arrival.

Changeover day

Change over days usually run from Friday to Friday however changeover days are flexible. Arrival times are usually from 4pm until 6pm. These can be negotiated with prior warning. Departures are usually before 10am however these can be negotiated depending upon other bookings.

Availability may be confirmed by contacting the owner. The 2007 Open Championship will be held between the 16th — 22nd July 2007 Accommodation must be available for occupation from 12noon, Saturday the 14th of July to 12noon Monday the 23rd of July inclusive. (9 — nights, 10 — days)
