Within striking distance of the mountains for skiing, site seeing in Monaco, star spotting in Cannes and St Tropez, visiting the potteries and art galleries in St Paul de Vence or lazing on the beaches in Nice and Antibes. The villa is completely self-contained with washing machine, microwave, dish washer and that all important item in the South of France - the BBQ. There is parking for one car although we have ample nearby parking available. Located just 5 mins from a traditional Provencal village - Bouyon - it has lost none of its French charm. It has a well attended hotel/restaurant, a small shop catering for all emergencies and daily croissants and bread, a bar/pizzeria, Auberge and creperie. The village has tennis courts and large open air swimming pool for the hot summer months. We are fantastically situated for cycling and walking, the Iron Man has been held here for the past two years running.

Bedrooms
The property consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other a twin. Both have large wardrobes.
Bathrooms
There is a single bathroom with bath/shower over. The washing machine is in the bathroom. Separate wc.
Living Rooms
Lounge/dining room/kitchen is all open plan. The dining table seats six and there is also a sofa bed which can be used as a twin or double. There are also two further chairs and a coffee table. There is a TV and video. Also a vast array or childrens reading books, videos and board games.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer, all utensils and crockery.
Cleaning & Linen
Bed linen will be provided.
Accomodation Notes
The property has a secure private balcony. It also has a baby cot and high chair. Heating and electricity is all included.
Outside
There are two outside patio tables with chairs, a BBQ, sun loungers and children's playing frame.
Further Details
Large Carrefour on the RD6202 just 30 mins from the villa. Also more local Intermarche in Gattieres (village where you can buy English newspapers) or Carros. Nearest bank machine at Intermarche (25 mins). In Carros Ville there is a butchers/hair dressers/bread shop (bread and pastries baked daily on the premises), shop and if you are thinking of house prices why you are here — an estate agents!
Local Information
Go skiing at Isola 2000/Valberg/Auron within an hour and a half. Or travel further afield to Limone Piemonte in Italy. Visit the perfume capital of Grasse, take the most scenic train journey in France from St Laurent du Var to Monaco to watch the Grand Prix. Visit the medieval hill top villages of Entrevaux, Eze or Gourdon — one of the top seven villages of interest in France. Beaches-boat trips-water sports-culture-museums-opera-shopping-galleries-exhibitions-hilltop villages-countryside-light railway-mountains-golf-river swimming-hiking-skiing (winter)-restaurants-markets-theme parks-night life all within easy reach.
Leisure Facilities
Open air swimming pool, tennis and Petanque in the village. The closest beach is at St Laurent du Var approx 30 mins drive. Hippodrome for those race goers amongst you at Cagnes sur Mer. Walking and cycling outside the door.

Booking Notes
Once a deposit has been received you will have a confirmed booking and I will send out a confirmation receipt. Final payment will be required two weeks before arrival date. 100 euros security requested on arrival, returnable on departure.
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 4pm, departure 11am.
