Set in a small hamlet called Le Theil in the heart of Limousin the Rose Gite offers comfortable holiday living for up to 4 persons. The gite has a fully equipped kitchen washing facilities on site TV tuned to English channels DVD and stereo. Two double bedrooms (master four poster bed) bathroom with separate WC. Swimmimg pool barbecue and much more! On site English owners. Pets and chldren welcome. Close to village shops/ bars and restaurants. Dubbed the lake district of France Limousin is laden with lakes for fishing or simply relaxing on the beaches. Golf course nearby(4km).

Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms. Master bedroom with four poster bed. Second can be double bed or twin depending on your needs. Extra bed or cot can be arranged for the master bedroom. All linen is provided.
Bathrooms
Bathroom is fully equipped with bath jet shower and vanity sink. Separate WC. All towels are provided excluding beach towels for use by the pool.
Living Rooms
Open plan living area with the kitchen. Dining table to seat 4 people. TV tuned to BBC1/BBC2/ITV plus other free channels on sky. DVD player & Stereo.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen: Rangemaster cooker with gas (bottled) hob and electric ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster,fridge freezer. Washing facilities are available in the utility room next door.

Cleaning & Linen
All linen, bed linen towels and tea towels are provided. Guests are to supply their own towels for use in the pool area. Property is cleaned weekly on Saturday mornings (linen change over if you are staying over one week).
Accomodation Notes
Property has electric heaters in each room plus a wood burning stove in living area. First basket of wood is supplied after which further wood may be purchased. Children and pets are most welcome. Baby package also available for hire ( pram pushchair/ cot/high chair)
Outside
Outside living is a must here! Property has access to a barbecue area and seating outdoors. Shared swimming pool (11mx4m). Property is set in 4.5 acres of land.

The region is packed with lesiure lakes- ideal for fishermen or those who like to picnic. Most lakes have man made beach areas for the sun worshippers too! Golfing is nearby too plus the area is great for walking tours.

Booking Notes
Bookings are to be made by telephone or email with a deposit of £100 (non refundable) taken to secure you property. Balance s due 14 days before your expected date of arrival. On arrival a 100 euro (refundable) security deposit is payable which will only be retained in the unlikely event of excess cleaning required or damage to the property. Payments can be made using paypal/ cheque/ bank transfer
Changeover day
Rentals run Sat-Sat. Check in from 14h00 Check out 10h00 Short stays are welcome- please call or email for rates and details. We aim to be flexible and will try to accomodate your booking needs.
