Villa, terraces and pool offer a tranquil haven with wonderful views. Perfect for a family holilday or friends holidaying together, who enjoy the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility and the animation of the Côte d’Azur. Many different terraces surround the house. Below is a delightful summer kitchen with built in bbq with shaded terrace, elongated table for 10.(+ smaller table for six, which could be added or placed by the pool). Large swimming pool 13 x 5m with a shallow end. The grounds and pool area are very private and close to the house. The pool is not overlooked. Shaded car parking for several cars. Barbecue in summer kitchen. Boules could be played in courtyard around fountain. Bring your own set. East side of property is a well kept natural area, perfect adventure land for older children. The Villa is located in it’s own domain. Wood from the estate can be used for the bbq or inside open fire in winter

Booking Notes
50% of rental fee must be paid at time of reservation, along with booking form, including all guests names and addresses. Remainder of payment to be paid at least 8 weeks before entry date, along with a €1,000 deposit against damages, refundable if no damages. Deposit refunded in pounds within 1 week, if no claim for damages.

Changeover day Saturday to Saturday, Arrival 14H — 1730H Departure (and house inspection before) 10H.
