The house has a balcony from most rooms overlooking the grounds and pool with a patio area for sun worshipping and BBQ. There are bathrooms and kitchens which can be used independently therefore ideal for two families or large groups of friends. The house boasts its own 'lavoir' used in times gone by for the local women to do their washing. The extensive grounds are ideal to enjoy the wildlife and relax completely. The local village is only 5 minutes away for restaurants and bakery, whilst Baud with supermarkets and every thing you may need is on hand only 15 minutes away. The Blavet Valley is well known for its boat trips, walking, cycling, canoeing and golf and suits all age groups. Only 40 min drive away are the beautiful beaches of the Morbihan with lots of water based activities. Medieval towns and markets are only a few minutes away e.g Pontivy with its castle. Melrand has a medieval farm with livestock and interactive activities for the children.

Bedrooms
There are 2 double rooms, three twin and a bed settee, plus cot. Two of the twin rooms have access to a washroom.
Bathrooms
There is a bathroom with a bath and shower head on one floor. There is a shower room with toilet. Also there is a washroom with bidet accessible from two of the twin rooms. There is a .seperate toilet.
Living Rooms
Each floor has a lounge room with dining areas. DVD, CD players and TV are available for use. There is a single sofa bed and travel cot available.
Kitchen
There is a kitchen on the ground floor and a summer kitchen next to the patio. There is a microwave and gas hob in each, the summer kitchen has a large oven. There is a fridge in each kitchen and communal use of a washing machine.
Cleaning & Linen
Linen is included and will be changed weekly. Towels can be available at an additional cost. Clients are provided with cleaning materials.
Accomodation Notes
There is a wood burning stove and central heating for out of season lets. Part of the grounds are sloping and very young children may need supervision.
Outside
Private swimming pool, unheated, 4m hexagonal pool. Extensive gardens with patio area and garden furniture with many areas to sit and enjoy the grounds. Swings on site.
Further Details
Restaurant and cafe/bars in Melrand, only 5 minutes away. More extensive range of supermarket, banks and restsaurants within a 15 minute drive.
Local Information
There are lots of lovely villages in the area such as St Nicolas des Eaux with wonderful scenery and churches. Villages often follow the Breton tradition of 'pardons' which consists of a religious ceremony often followed with a parade, dancing in traditional costume and then everyone enjoys the local food and produce.
Leisure Facilities
Lamor Plage is only a 40 minute drive away with beautiful safe beaches and activities for all the family. There is a zoo and aquarium in the area, adventure quad, jet ski, paintballing and even a labrynth if you feel like getting lost! There are several golf course with a 9 hole course only 10 minutes away.

Booking Notes
Non-refundable deposit of 25% shall be paid at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of the holiday together with a £150 security deposit which is refundable within two weeks of departure. Addition costs such as towel hire to be paid on arrival. Please note discounts in remaining available weeks. Second week at half price.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday or Sunday during peak season. At other times this is negotiable. Arrival times after 4pm. Departure before 10am
