Light, airy and modern, Lakeland House is situated on a newly built residential site just 5 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre and its beach. There are more secluded beaches within a 30 minute drive. During your stay you will be able to use the site facilities including communal pool, jacuzzi, sauna and showers. There is a bar area and you are also able to leave your laundry where it will be washed, ironed and bagged* - absolutely fantastic on departure - nothing to do when you arrive home. *small charge for laundry

Further Details
Hua Hin town centre is very well equipped with supermarkets, banks and rexcellent retail facilities. There is a fantastic market and in the evenings the bustling night markets should be on your agenda. Restaurants are of a high standard and the selection of cosmopolitan menus will satisfy just about anybody, including children. The food is absolutly devine!!
Local Information
Hua Hin has excellent golfing facilities. There are 7 courses within a 20 minute drive, 4 of which boast professional status. A round of golf can be played for approximately £25.00 with a caddy.
Leisure Facilities
Hua Hua is surrounded by beautiful beaches, the nearest being just a five minute drive. Here, there are facilities to purchase drinks, a meal. You can sit and relax or you may decide to have a traditional thai massage. Sai Noi and Khao Takiab are both 15-20 minutes away. The splendid Elephant Village is just a 5 minute drive from the villa. For total relaxation, why not take some time out and visit one of the many spas within the town centre, all offer a variety of treatments especially designed to let your stresses float away. King Rama IV Palace — 40 minutes away Thai Boxing — held on regular basis in Hua Hin town centre. Excellent shopping facilities.

The price includes: Transfer from Bangkok to Villa Rental of Property (we charge per property, not per person) Weekly Maid Service Facilities on Site Price does not include: Flights Holiday Insurance Electricity (the meter will be read at the beginning of your holiday and again on departure) We will require a £100.00 deposit to secure booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure. We will refund deposit should you cancel more than 8 weeks before departure. If we take a late booking, full balance will be due straight away For your convenience, we can arrange a welcome pack on arrival. Hire car can also be organised for you.
