Between Chichester and the sea. Wonderfully secluded newly refurbished 17th Century farmhouse with inglenook fireplace and wealth of exposed beams. Spacious stable block and dairy converted to comfortable accommodation. Lots of off road parking. Three areas of lawn and a 60’ Play Barn. Two completely independent but adjacent units which can be let together as the Farmhouse dining room table takes 14. The farmhouse sleeps eight and the dairy cottage sleeps six. An annexe to the Dairy Cottage sleeps an additional four. Total 18.

Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen included, changed weekly when the property is cleaned
Accomodation Notes
Children welcome. All linen and heating included. Access is up an 80 foot driveway which provides ample off road parking
Outside
There is a BBQ site for each unit. Ample garden tables and chairs. A 60 foot play barn with table temmis, snoooker and darts. Also a childs sand pit. In the front paddocks there sheep chickens and ducks. Children may be invited to assist the owner with the feeding.
Leisure Facilities
10 minutes drive from Wets Wittering beach and area of outstanding natural beauty. Many pleaasant walks.
Booking Notes
20% deposit at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before the rental begins. A £250 breakage deposit is taken and returned three days after the rental ends. All major cards accepted
Changeover day
Friday for weekly lets Monday for midweek breaks following a weekend let.Aerruive after 4.00pm Depart by 10.30am
