This attractive cottage is quietly situated in the grounds of the owner's house a few minutes away from the famous artists village of St Paul de Vence. A spacious patio separates the cottage from the main house. The entrance of the cottage leads directly into an attractive open plan living/dining area and a modern, well equipped kitchen.This area is surrounded by a private garden and patio with garden furnature and shadey trees.Both the double bedroom and the twin have generous wardrobe space and interesting decorative touches.There are automatique entry gates and ample private parking infront of the cottage. The newly built pool has an automatic rolling cover for child safte purposes and the landscaped garden is the ideal location for taking in the marvelous hill side scenery. The surrounding villages of La Colle sur Loup, Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve Loubet offer all you need for daily life and good living- butchers, bakers, fresh produce markets, banks and fabulous restaurants.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in double wardrobes,bedside consoles with reading lights and colourful soft furnishings Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe and chest of draws and a desk and chair. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Bed linens and bath towels are all included and are changed once a week. Beach/pool towels are not included.

Modern and luminus, the bathroom has bath tub with shower over,wc ,bidet, washbasin,heating and storage space for towels and toiletries.
Living Rooms
Spacious with attention to decoration and detail. Seating for 4 people on sofa and arm chair, coffee table.TV, satelite receiver, DVD, hifi system, telephone. Incorporated in the same space is a dining area, with seating for 4 people.

Open plan layout, modern and well equiped. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, elec, kettle etc.
Cleaning & Linen
Linen and bathroom towels are provided. A final cleaning charge of €35 is in place to take the stress out of cleaning up!

The garden at the side of the villa,offers shade and the ideal location, for a quiet read! While the terrace area, furnished with a good quality table, parasol and ample seating and a bbq,is great for dining, and absorbing the outdoors.
Further Details
The surrounding villages of La Colle, St Paul and Villeneuve, all have shops, banks and outstanding restaurants. There is a large supermarket 1 klm from the property. The Fashionable resorts of St Tropez and Monaco make for great day trips, not to mention the fabulous towns in Italy, only 70 klm down the road.
Local Information
The famous artists village of St Paul de Vence is a 2 minute drive. Villeneuve Loubet (3klm) famous for the culinary genius Escoffier, has an adventure trail, and great riverside walks/cycle paths La Colle sur Loup also famous for art is 2km.
Leisure Facilities
A choice of beaches are all within a short drive, the closeast being 5klm away. The Cote d'Azur is contsantly glittered with events -all of which are local to this property — Cannes film festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Sailing regattas and luxury Yacht shows- we have them all! Travel
