Suitable for 2 adults, 2 children, the bedroom has two single beds with another full size pull out bed and fold out bed. There is a hairdryer, safe and ceiling fan in the room. Linen is included and changed on a weekly basis.
Bathrooms
Newly fitted bathroom, has bath/shower, toilet & sink. Towels are provided & changed on a wkly basis.
Living Rooms
Leather suite and chairs, dining table , stereo, DVD played and satalite TV through the complex, including BBC & ITV.
Kitchen
Fully fitted modern kitchen, including all the equiptment you would expect to find in a self catering apartment. Iron & Ironing board are included aswell as a washing machine.

Cleaning & Linen
A linen change done on stays of 7 days or more We provide a personnal service including arrival packages (price on request) & full midweek linen change @ 7.50E per person. We will be your point of contact on booking, cleaning & meeting.

This area has an abundance of bars & restaurants that will suit every taste. A large supermarket and shopping area are close by, where you can buy all your duty free goods. 5 mins walk to Puerto Colon & central Las Americas. A book in the apartment is signed by previous occupants offering suggestions on great days & nights out.

Garden City is 5 minutes from the Water park and Siam Park — a new theme park opening in the New Year (´07)

The complex is a very desirable one, with a mini mart, gym, two pools (one heated) pool bar. Beach activites are 5 mins away and the area has plenty of booking offices to book excursions.

Fridays only, however in quieter times (May — mid July), we would consider other days.
